Getting...
Into the blue

Diving photography gallery

It all started in 2000. We got certified in the Dominican Republic while we were getting bored in a cheap all inclusive package holiday in some 5 stars hotel (don't try this folks) and we've been lucky enough to dive some of the best dive sites in the world since then.

One day in Tassie, we got frustrated by the dive instructor who said we could not come to the first dive because they were going down to 28m and we were only Open Water. Pfhuuu!! So, we decided to get the advanced on our return to Melbourne and we never looked back really. That course is well worth doing if you want to gain confidence at what the ocean will throw at you. I would advocate for SSI as a school of choice. They have been very good with us and compare to what I have heard of from PADI divers, they are very serious (and you need to be for this sport) in their approach. There you go, that was my go and that SSI vs PADI battle ;-).

I just got a under water camera housing for my Canon Ixus 60 so only a few links have my own pictures (if any at all).
